He needs to hide better...as the hunters are coming. I posted a photo similar to this a while back but one could barely make out the deer she was hidden so well in the brush. Happy you were able to see this young one...a real treat.

@Mary: He'll be safe here because I don't think hunting is allowed within city limit. Yes, he is wild and lives within a small zone that is surrounded by roads, subdivisions and office parks where a city established nature walk trails weaving in and out his habitat. Many people walk their dogs, jogging and bicycling along those trails and I've see as many as four deers at one time. I wonder how do they survive there?...
